2. Service Description
PrintableHandwriting.com provides educational tools including free handwriting worksheet generators and AI-powered handwriting analysis services. We offer both free and premium subscription-based features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code or harmful content; (e) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrintableHandwriting.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the worksheets and content you create using our tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or educational purposes.
7. User Content
When you upload handwriting samples for AI analysis, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze this content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The AI handwriting analysis is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered as professional assessment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintableHandwriting.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
