Policy Summary

PrintableHandwriting uses a pay-per-use credit model for AI handwriting analysis. Refunds are not available for every package. Only Single Analysis, Light Package, and Unlock Full Report are covered by the standard refund window, and only when the purchased credit remains unused.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Once a refundable credit has been used, that order is no longer eligible for refund.

1. Eligible Refunds

The standard refund policy covers Single Analysis, Light Package, and Unlock Full Report. To qualify, the request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and the purchased credit must remain unused. Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are reviewed separately and corrected when verified.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued after the 48-hour window expires, after a refundable credit has been used, or for discounted bundles such as Standard, Advanced, Teacher, and Teacher Plus. We also do not issue refunds solely because a user disagrees with the educational feedback after a completed analysis has already been delivered.

4. Used Credits and Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for partially used packages. Once any credits from a refundable order are consumed, that order is treated as used. Discounted multi-credit bundles are sold as final sale packages.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@printablehandwriting.com within 48 hours of purchase and include your account email, order or transaction ID, package purchased, purchase date, and a short explanation of the request. If you are reporting a billing or technical issue, include screenshots when possible.

6. Review and Processing Time

Our support team reviews refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed by Creem and returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

7. Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, who acts as Merchant of Record for PrintableHandwriting purchases.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@printablehandwriting.com before filing a chargeback. We can usually review billing issues faster when we receive the order details directly.
