At PrintableHandwriting.com, we strive to provide high-quality AI handwriting analysis services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for credit package purchases and refund requests. All payments are processed through Creem, who acts as our Merchant of Record.
2. Pricing and Credit Packages
We offer a pay-per-use model with credit packages for AI handwriting analysis. Available packages: Single Analysis ($6.99 / 1 credit), Light Package ($14.99 / 3 credits, $5 per analysis), Standard Package - RECOMMENDED ($38.99 / 10 credits, $3.9 per analysis), Advanced Package ($78.99 / 25 credits, $3.16 per analysis), Teacher Package ($198.99 / 100 credits, $1.99 per analysis), Teacher Plus Package ($498.99 / 300 credits, $1.66 per analysis). All credits are non-transferable and valid permanently with no expiration date.

Our free worksheet generators and basic tools are provided at no cost and do not require payment or refunds. You can use these services without any purchase commitment.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following LIMITED circumstances: (a) Technical failure - If our AI analysis service experiences a complete system failure that prevents you from receiving ANY analysis results, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours. (b) Accidental duplicate charges - If you are charged twice for the same package within 24 hours. (c) Unused credits within 48 hours - ONLY for the Single Analysis ($6.99) or Light Package ($14.99), if you have NOT used ANY credits and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Larger packages (Standard, Advanced, Teacher packages) are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased due to their discounted nature.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will ABSOLUTELY NOT be issued in the following cases: (a) Partial credit refunds - Once you have used ANY credits from a package, the entire package becomes non-refundable, regardless of how many credits remain. (b) Change of mind - After the 48-hour window for small packages, or immediately for larger packages (Standard, Advanced, Teacher packages). (c) Dissatisfaction with analysis results - Our AI provides analysis based on the handwriting sample provided. Quality of results depends on image quality and completeness. (d) Purchased wrong package - All sales are final. Please review package details carefully before purchase. (e) Account violations - If your account is suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
6. Why No Partial Refunds?
We do NOT offer prorated or partial refunds for the following business reasons: (a) Discounted pricing - Larger packages offer significantly discounted per-analysis pricing. The discount is calculated based on the full package commitment. (b) Abuse prevention - Partial refunds create opportunities for users to purchase large discounted packages, use what they need, then request refunds. (c) Fair pricing - Users who purchase smaller packages pay higher per-credit rates. Allowing partial refunds on large packages would be unfair to these customers. (d) Operational costs - Each AI analysis incurs API costs, server resources, and data processing expenses that cannot be recovered.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (within eligible situations only), please contact our support team at support@printablehandwriting.com within the specified timeframe with the following information: (a) Your account email address. (b) Order/transaction ID from your purchase confirmation email. (c) Package purchased and purchase date. (d) Proof that NO credits have been used (for small package refunds). (e) Detailed explanation for technical failure claims (with screenshots if applicable). Our support team will review eligible requests within 2-3 business days. Requests submitted after the eligible timeframe or for ineligible situations will be automatically denied.
8. Refund Processing Time
For approved eligible refunds only: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Creem, our payment processor. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please note that most refund requests will be denied as per our strict policy.
9. Merchant of Record
All payments and refunds are processed by Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our services. Creem is responsible for payment processing, billing, and refund transactions. Your credit card or bank statement will show charges from Creem or its payment descriptor.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
IMPORTANT: If you have concerns about a charge, you MUST contact us directly at support@printablehandwriting.com BEFORE initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks for legitimate charges will result in: (a) Immediate account suspension. (b) Forfeiture of all remaining credits. (c) Permanent ban from future purchases. (d) Potential legal action for chargeback fraud. We are committed to resolving all legitimate billing disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved within 48 hours.
11. Recommended Purchase Practice
To ensure satisfaction and avoid disappointment: (a) Start small - If you're new to our service, we recommend starting with the Single Analysis or Light Package to test the service quality. (b) Review samples - Check our example analysis reports on the website before purchasing. (c) Image quality - Ensure your handwriting samples are clear, well-lit, and complete for best results. (d) Read Terms - Carefully review this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service before purchase. (e) Choose wisely - Select a package that matches your needs. All credits remain valid permanently with no expiration.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Any purchases made after the policy change will be subject to the new terms. Purchases made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
