2. Pricing and Credit Packages
We offer a pay-per-use model with credit packages for AI handwriting analysis. Available packages: Single Analysis ($6.99 / 1 credit), Light Package ($14.99 / 3 credits, $5 per analysis), Standard Package - RECOMMENDED ($38.99 / 10 credits, $3.9 per analysis), Advanced Package ($78.99 / 25 credits, $3.16 per analysis), Teacher Package ($198.99 / 100 credits, $1.99 per analysis), Teacher Plus Package ($498.99 / 300 credits, $1.66 per analysis). All credits are non-transferable and valid permanently with no expiration date.

4. Refund Eligibility
All credit packages are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase: (a) Full refund - If you have NOT used any credits from your package, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (b) Partial refund - If you have used some credits from your package, you are eligible for a partial refund for the unused credits only. The refund amount will be calculated based on the per-analysis price of your package. For example, if you purchased a Standard Package ($39 for 10 credits at $3.90 per analysis) and used 3 credits, you would receive a refund of $27.30 (7 unused credits × $3.90). (c) Technical failure - If our AI analysis service experiences a complete system failure that prevents you from receiving analysis results, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. (d) Accidental duplicate charges - If you are charged twice for the same package, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: (a) After 14 days - Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for refunds. (b) Dissatisfaction with analysis results - Our AI provides analysis based on the handwriting sample provided. Quality of results depends on image quality and completeness. Refunds are not available solely due to dissatisfaction with analysis results. (c) Account violations - If your account is suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations, refunds will not be processed. (d) Fraudulent activity - If we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy, refunds will be denied.
6. Partial Refund Policy
If you have used some credits from your package, you are eligible for a partial refund for unused credits only, within 14 days of purchase: (a) Calculation method - Partial refunds are calculated based on the per-analysis price of your purchased package. The refund amount equals: (Total Credits - Used Credits) × Per-Analysis Price. (b) Example calculation - If you purchased a Standard Package ($39 for 10 credits at $3.90 per analysis) and used 3 credits, your refund would be: (10 - 3) × $3.90 = $27.30. (c) Minimum refund - Partial refunds are only available if at least one credit remains unused. If all credits have been used, no refund is available. (d) Processing - Partial refunds are processed through Paddle and will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@printablehandwriting.com within 14 days of purchase with the following information: (a) Your account email address. (b) Order/transaction ID from your purchase confirmation email. (c) Package purchased and purchase date. (d) Number of credits used (if any) - This helps us calculate your partial refund amount if applicable. (e) Reason for refund request. (f) For technical failure claims, please provide detailed explanation with screenshots if applicable. Our support team will review all requests within 2-3 business days. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase will not be eligible.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Full refunds and partial refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Refund processing begins after our support team reviews and approves your request, which typically takes 2-3 business days.
9. Merchant of Record
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our services. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, and refund transactions. Your credit card or bank statement will show charges from Paddle or its payment descriptor.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
IMPORTANT: If you have concerns about a charge, you MUST contact us directly at support@printablehandwriting.com BEFORE initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks for legitimate charges will result in: (a) Immediate account suspension. (b) Forfeiture of all remaining credits. (c) Permanent ban from future purchases. (d) Potential legal action for chargeback fraud. We are committed to resolving all legitimate billing disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved within 48 hours.
11. Recommended Purchase Practice
To ensure satisfaction and avoid disappointment: (a) Start small - If you're new to our service, we recommend starting with the Single Analysis or Light Package to test the service quality. (b) Review samples - Check our example analysis reports on the website before purchasing. (c) Image quality - Ensure your handwriting samples are clear, well-lit, and complete for best results. (d) Read Terms - Carefully review this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service before purchase. (e) Choose wisely - Select a package that matches your needs. All credits remain valid permanently with no expiration.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Any purchases made after the policy change will be subject to the new terms. Purchases made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
